Equally as important as "Movement", is the practice of ""Mindfulness". I don't believe we actually move to our full potential without learning to be present. How else do we become aware of our unconscious behaviours, the patterns we have formed both emotionally and physically that lead to the way we react, the way we hold ourselves, the way we move?
My Mindfulness Workshop can be delivered in your home with a group of friends, in your workplace as part of your wellness offering to staff, or as part of a customized Wellness // Day Retreat.
Previous Workshops had incorporated local businesses for epic catering, dance instructors (Zumba and Konga) to lighten the mood, and movement sessions including yoga and pilates.
