I launched Picture of Health in 2011, initially running small group sessions in the CBD. Over the years I have spent time training many 1on1 PT clients, run Kids Bootcamps during school holidays, led corporate group training towards community events such as Tough Mudder or many of the fun runs in Perth, and as of 2015, I have been putting my energy into coaching mindfulness. Whether in the boardroom through Pilates/flex & stretch or Mindful Movement sessions, as a Workshop offered to corporate staff as part of their Wellness program, or at one of the Retreats I facilitate, I love sharing the tools I have learnt. Through my own personal experiences with anxiety and my ongoing education in Nutrition and the Contemporary Pilates method, I now have a deeper understanding and appreciation for the undoubtable connection between our emotions, our unconscious patterns and the effect this has on our physical bodies.
When we are conscious or present in everything we do, we take full responsibility for our actions, we have our intention to guide us and the choices we make move us closer to our goals. I hope to teach my clients to bring mindfulness into everything they do, to recognise what drives them, and what scares them, and to allow themselves to enjoy this human experience without the guilt.
I can't do the hard work for you, but I can commit to always seeking out more information through my own studies so I can educate you, encourage you to work to your highest potential, and provide you with the tools to move closer and closer to the best version of you
